Please note our usual Cancellation Policy below.
If you do need to cancel your booking please get in touch with us at rangoonsisters@gmail.com and whatever the time frame is, we will see what we can do and can sometimes open up to the waiting list.
If we are able to refund you, you will get the ticket price back minus the Stripe transaction charge (2% plus 20p per ticket)
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice we will give you a full refund.
If you cancel within 7-14 days notice we will only be able to refund you if we are able to resell your ticket(s).
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice then unfortunately you will not be eligible for any refund and we would ask you find someone to take your spot!
